These Terms govern your use of the Hypefit mobile app and website (the "Service"). By using Hypefit, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 15 years old to use the Service.

2. User-Generated Content

You are responsible for the content you post, including photos, videos, captions, comments, and messages. You agree not to post or share content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, harassing, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

• No hate speech, threats, or harassment.
• No nudity or sexual content involving minors.
• No promotion of violence or illegal activity.
• No spam, scams, or impersonation.

3. Reporting and Moderation

Hypefit provides in-app tools to report objectionable content and block abusive users. We review reports and will remove content or accounts that violate these Terms. We aim to act on valid reports within 24 hours.

4. Blocking

If you block a user, their content is removed from your feed and they will no longer be able to interact with you in the app.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your password or access with others.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.

7. License

You retain ownership of your content. By posting to Hypefit, you grant Hypefit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content within the Service.
